When you place an order, it represents your offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order depends on our ability to confirm stock and payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, insufficient stock, payment issues, or fraud prevention.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders typically require 1-3 business days to process. After processing, deliveries usually occur within 7-12 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated and shown during checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unchanged.
It must be in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items and will be credited to the original method of payment only.

Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation requests may no longer be honored.
